Translation Project Coordinator (Localization)

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate project phases, estimate stage timelines, monitor status, and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, and maintain project documentation.
• Perform quality checks, including proofreading and final reviews, to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation-related studies.
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment.
• Detail orientation, multitasking ability, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.

Nice to have

• Experience in translation and localization project management.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
