Focus on resolving high-priority BOM changes, supporting manufacturing and cost tracking, and maintaining compliance with product planning and quality documentation requirements.

What you will do
- Create and maintain accurate multi-level Bills of Material and Item Master records for finished goods.
- Update Engineering Change Notices, Oracle records, nameplates, and product data affecting costs, production orders, inventory, and product availability.
- Coordinate BOM and product information with Engineering, Design, Change Control, Regulatory, Product Planning, IT, Cost, Order Management, and other cross-functional groups.
- Manage high-priority BOM changes with a 24-hour resolution target and support obsolete model and part updates.
- Process Integrated Product Development Final and Limited ECNs, validate outputs, and train new hires on ECN processes.
- Create and update documented information, work procedures, forms, and process flows in line with documentation guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- At least two years of experience with Bills of Material and Item Master-related work.
- At least two years of experience in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night and mid shifts in the Philippines location.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Background in offshore service operations.
- Ability to provide backup and cross-trained support during capacity constraints.
