Analyst, Data Maintenance

Location: Hybrid position in Austin, TX, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. The role requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $89,200–$138,600 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage supplier and employee master data requests in Oracle and Ariba.
• Process and follow up on Ask Now tickets within agreed service-level timelines.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, including data validation, due diligence, system setup, and compliant bank account controls.
• Act as the primary contact for business queries and provide process guidance.
• Partner with Procurement and Risk teams to align process requirements.
• Prepare onboarding, data-change, performance, and ticket-status reporting and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Background in Finance, Audit, Risk, or Compliance with a focus on operational controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, time-management, and communication skills.
• Good Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage issues to resolution, and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Ability to work from the Austin office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience using Oracle and Ariba.
• Knowledge of the payments industry.
• Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools.
