Head of Digital Enabler (Digital Transformation)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €2,420 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and develop an experienced team of digital professionals.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and improve internal processes and services.
• Translate business needs into practical digital solutions with stakeholders across Deutsche Telekom.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the digital service portfolio, including quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and competing business priorities.
• Coach and mentor employees while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent English at C1 level and German at minimum B2 level.
• Experience leading international teams and driving organizational or digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and business priorities.
• Remote work is available only from Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
