2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program

Location: On-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with branch internship opportunities in Pasadena, Ventura, Colorado Springs, Bozeman, Great Falls, Missoula, Lincoln, Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, Bellevue, Seattle, or Spokane. Interns must live in the local branch area or have pre-existing housing arrangements for the program duration. U.S. work authorization is required.

Paid internship; minimum 25 hours per week for 9 weeks.

What you will do

• Work directly with experienced Financial Advisors and other financial professionals.
• Support advisors and their clients through hands-on branch projects.
• Observe the operation of an ethical wealth management practice serving individual investors.
• Develop skills in wealth management and build a professional network.
• Participate in an immersive week at the Seattle corporate office with leadership presentations, community service, and team-building activities.
• Prepare for and optionally take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.

Requirements

• Completion of at least the sophomore year of college before June 2027.
• Strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Satisfactory background, reference, and credit check results.
• Ability to commit to the full nine-week program and live in the local branch area without relocation or transportation assistance.

Hiring process

• Local interviews take place in person or virtually from October through December 2026.
