Location: Bucharest, Romania; onsite work in a modern central Bucharest office

What you will do
- Communicate with game designers and product managers to define feature specifications.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Unity/C# code.
- Optimize game performance, quality, and responsiveness for mobile platforms.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop technical solutions.
- Collaborate on the development pipeline and promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and coding standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Unity and C#, including scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management.
- Experience developing and shipping mobile applications, including mobile performance optimization.
- Knowledge of level design, planning, design patterns, software architecture, and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with automated testing platforms, unit tests, and version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and shipping successful mobile or casual game titles.
- Experience with Adobe tools, 3D modeling, art, design, data, or analytics.
