DevOps / OpenShift Engineer (Cloud)

Location: ITMILCOP, Italy

Salary: €43,420 per year for a full-time schedule; final compensation may vary based on geographical tier, skills, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Support deployment and management of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and support configuration management with Ansible.
• Manage application build, release, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
• Operate cloud and containerized environments, investigate incidents, and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, Docker, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments and basic knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Certification in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
• Strong communication, teamwork, structured problem-solving, and client-facing collaboration skills.
