TL;DR
Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Cloud Infrastructure): Building and operating secure enterprise Kubernetes platforms for public-sector environments with an accent on cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and platform hardening. Focus on designing air-gapped deployments, making architecture decisions, implementing GitOps workflows, and troubleshooting production infrastructure.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure delivery from technical discovery through production rollout.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Infrastructure as Code.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Configure secure cluster operations, secrets management, and platform hardening.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, prepare technical plans, troubleshoot production environments, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
- Expert Kubernetes administration, networking, and security skills.
- Strong Terraform, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Linux administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, secrets management, and identity and access management solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure security, CIS benchmarks, platform hardening, and production enterprise infrastructure.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English is required.
Nice to have
- OKD or OpenShift, Ceph, Helm, vSphere, or air-gapped environment experience.
- Experience delivering solutions to external hosting providers.
- Background in government, eGov, registry-based systems, or public-sector compliance.
