Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with Business, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Design, and Data Science stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirements writing through grooming, development, testing, and launch.
• Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and adjust priorities based on data and customer impact.
• Incorporate user research, data analysis, technical flows, and stakeholder feedback into product decisions.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in product development.
• Experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
• Technical background with strong analytical skills and the ability to work directly with Engineers.
• Strong product management, project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Technical proficiency in SQL queries.
