Focus on building scalable last-mile infrastructure across LPG and future product categories, optimizing routing and fleet utilization, and developing cross-border operations teams.

What you will do
- Coordinate LPG sourcing, supplier intake, bulk transport, refilling-point operations, and supply continuity.
- Manage inventory planning, safety stock, replenishment, demand forecasting, and stock-out reduction across depots and shops.
- Develop depot layouts, capacity benchmarks, storage workflows, cylinder segregation, and safety controls.
- Manage cylinder tracking, recertification, recovery, redeployment, shrinkage reduction, and working capital efficiency.
- Improve last-mile delivery quality, rider productivity, routing, fleet utilization, service levels, and cost per delivery.
- Build scalable LMD infrastructure for LPG, inverters, mobile phones, and solar products while developing teams, SOPs, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in LPG, downstream oil and gas, or FMCG distribution.
- Strong knowledge of last-mile distribution networks and experience scaling operations in emerging markets.
- Project management experience delivering process-improvement initiatives and evaluating their impact on delivery efficiency and rider productivity.
- Experience managing cross-border teams, developing capabilities across multiple markets, and engaging stakeholders.
- Strong data interpretation and financial skills, with familiarity with regulatory bodies such as Energy Regulatory Authorities preferred.
