TL;DR
Corporate Counsel (Corporate Law/Compliance): Conducting legal research, managing contracts, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to financing activities with an accent on corporate legal matters, regulatory monitoring, and contract negotiation. Focus on drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting investigations and dispute resolution, and analyzing complex financing agreements.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis and provide recommendations to the legal team.
  • Assist with contract management, contract drafting and review, and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with legal team members on complex corporate legal projects.
  • Support legal investigations and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory changes affecting the business.
  • Contribute to financing activities and compliance with financing agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in corporate legal matters.
  • Proficiency in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification.
