Paid Ads Manager (Google Ads/YouTube/Meta): Managing paid advertising campaigns for healthcare and dental clients with an accent on profitable acquisition, lead generation, and cross-platform optimization. Location: Fully remote; preferred location is South Africa. Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Salary: USD 2,000–2,500 per month

What you will do

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Analyze performance data and refine campaign strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Run creative, audience, and budget A/B tests to improve campaign results.
  • Implement proprietary campaign systems and setup processes.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and related tools.
  • Proven results optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including comfort with client video calls.
  • Ability to learn new systems and approaches.
  • Ability to lead or mentor a performance team.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience in the healthcare or dental niche.
