Game Designer (Incremental Mobile Games)

Location: Onsite in the Vilnius office, Lithuania

Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design and iterate progression systems, economies, and core gameplay loops.
• Prototype gameplay features and balancing ideas using agentic coding tools.
• Build and tune incremental progression to support long-term player motivation.
• Use simulations, playtests, and data to improve pacing and balance.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to bring features to life.
• Present design ideas clearly in verbal and written form.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of incremental and idle game design.
• Experience with progression, balancing, economies, and retention loops.
• Comfortable with agentic coding workflows using tools such as Claude Code or similar.
• Ability to independently prototype and validate gameplay ideas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and proactive working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with game analytics, simulations, or spreadsheets.
• Experience shipping mobile games.
• Familiarity with live operations, monetization, and A/B testing.
