Game Designer (Co-op Adventure PC Game)

Location: Onsite in the Vilnius office, Lithuania

Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design co-op mechanics and puzzles for The Missing Tail.
• Present design ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to implement gameplay ideas.
• Balance pacing, difficulty, and progression.
• Use playtest feedback to improve the player experience.
• Maintain clear and practical design documentation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of game design fundamentals.
• Experience with puzzles and gameplay systems.
• Ability to design engaging two-player co-op gameplay.
• Good sense of player flow and pacing.
• Comfort working in Unity.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, independence, and initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience with co-op, platforming, or adventure games.
• Experience with quest design or light narrative systems.
• Experience shipping a PC or console game.
