Change Release Coordinator (ITIL)

What you will do

• Coordinate operational changes and releases across live service elements, including planning, resource coordination, activities, version control, quality, and risk management.
• Track and report Change and Release Management KPIs and support achievement of their targets.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps engineers and technical teams on deployments, automation improvements, and release optimization.
• Collaborate with project and operational teams to implement system changes and releases effectively.
• Support service transition into business-as-usual operations and coordinate suppliers, contractors, and third parties.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or service delivery.
• Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with IT service management tools, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration-management tools.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release management processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher, or an equivalent qualification, is required.

Nice to have

• Agile or DevOps certification.
• Project management certification.
