AIT EVT & Thermal Engineer (Aerospace)

Develops, produces, and operates Nyx, a modular and reusable orbital vehicle designed to transport cargo and potentially humans.

What you will do

• Collect test requirements from subsystem owners and chief engineering, then consolidate them into an optimized testing flow.
• Manage environmental test campaigns from external facility coordination and GSE definition through integration, execution, and closeout.
• Lead mechanical, thermal, and EMC/EMI testing as the interface with external test facilities.
• Write and execute assembly, integration, and test procedures using Epsilon3, Odoo, and Teamcenter.
• Coordinate propulsion, thermal, thermal protection, avionics, power, AIT engineering, and technician stakeholders.
• Investigate test anomalies, report issues and blockages, manage final test reports, and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in mechanical engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in AIT for aerospace vehicles.
• Experience conducting test campaigns; previous EVT campaign experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of systems, thermal engineering, and functional qualification.
• Leadership, organization, prioritization, communication, documentation, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English at all business levels.
