Junior Retail Analytical Consultant (Retail Analytics)

Location: Oslo, Norway; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office and several client-site days per month.

Salary: NOK 483,000–612,675 gross per year.

What you will do

• Build strong client partnerships and deliver analytical insights, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Support client retention and data-driven business decisions through hirify.global data.
• Analyze retail and consumer information and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on presentations and client deliverables.
• Use hirify.global tools and systems to support client needs.
• Work onsite with clients several days per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Analytical and/or sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in market research.
• Strong numerical confidence and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Strong presentation, communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, engaged, and ambitious approach.
• Fluent Norwegian and English required.
