Senior Creative Copywriter (German)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid working model combining onsite collaboration and remote work. Additional flexibility allows working from a city or country of choice for 25 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead copy strategy and brand voice across channels for the primary DACH audience.
• Develop integrated 360° campaigns with art directors, 3D artists, and designers.
• Create campaign hooks, video scripts, OOH copy, landing pages, performance ads, and editorial content.
• Turn complex crypto, stock, ETF, and digital asset concepts into clear, accessible, compliant messaging.
• Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate ideation, test messaging variations, and improve copy workflows.
• Maintain German tone-of-voice guidelines across external campaigns and internal communications.

Requirements

• Native-level German with idiomatic, culturally current, and precise written and spoken communication.
• Business-fluent English for collaboration in a global company.
• At least 3 years of experience at a creative agency or high-growth technology or fintech brand.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and a portfolio covering campaign concepts, OOH, social, performance ads, video scripts, editorial content, and brand messaging.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to work with evolving creative workflows.
