Intern - Junior GL Accountant (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €600–€1,200 gross per month; full-time internship salary up to €1,200 gross per month, with part-time compensation adjusted accordingly.

What you will do

• Support month-end close and General Ledger activities.
• Assist with account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Work with SAP, Excel, AI-powered solutions, and other finance tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the finance function.
• Learn how technology supports more efficient finance operations.

Requirements

• Interest in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or Technology.
• Good Excel and AI skills, or eagerness to develop them.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, propose ideas, and try new approaches.
• Suitable for students, recent graduates, or candidates starting a finance career.
