What you will do
- Serve as the primary customer interface throughout program execution for European and Middle Eastern defense customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering complex and mass-produced defense systems on time and according to specification.
- Oversee contractual, technical, and operational compliance across all deliverables.
- Manage program risks, crises, technical blockers, and administrative issues through structured resolution.
- Own program timelines and activate invoicing at contractual milestones.
- Align centralized product policies with program-specific and customer-specific constraints, identifying and escalating missing enablers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in the defense sector.
- Significant experience leading product development, high-volume deliveries, and customer support as a Program Manager.
- Proven experience managing complex deliveries and mass production with direct client and contractual responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation.
- Experience managing programs in cutting-edge or disruptive environments and complete business plans.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
