Partner Relationship Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage a complex portfolio of affiliates, influencers, and introducing brokers with a structured communication cadence.
• Monitor referral volumes, activity, engagement, and churn signals to identify partner health risks early.
• Build long-term partner relationships and execute retention and re-engagement strategies for at-risk accounts.
• Review referral data, commissions, and engagement metrics and turn findings into actionable partner recommendations.
• Communicate platform updates, challenge structures, payout policies, campaigns, and referral incentives.
• Coordinate with Partner Operations on commission questions, tracking discrepancies, and account issues, while guiding IC1 relationship managers informally.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in partner relationship management, affiliate account management, or customer success.
• Experience in fintech, prop trading, forex/CFD brokerage, or digital financial services is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a partner or affiliate portfolio and deliver measurable retention and engagement results.
• Experience identifying at-risk partners and executing proactive re-engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with Impact, HasOffers, TrackNow, CRM systems, CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission models.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; a degree in business, marketing, economics, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, proprietary trading, forex, CFD brokerage, or digital financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
