Global Value Dossiers Writer (HEOR/HTA): Producing global value dossiers, HTA submissions, HEOR reports, manuscripts, and payer-focused communications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients with an accent on scientific writing, evidence synthesis, and health technology assessment. Focus on translating clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into payer value narratives, quality-controlling complex deliverables, and co-managing workstreams across multidisciplinary teams.

What you will do
- Produce medical writing for global value dossiers, HTA dossiers, EU Joint Clinical Assessment submissions, HEOR study reports, manuscripts, conference abstracts, and payer materials.
- Interpret clinical, economic, and real-world evidence and translate findings into payer value stories, objection handlers, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with health economists, outcomes research specialists, and geographically dispersed project teams.
- Co-manage small projects, workstreams, project tasks, and thought leadership initiatives with senior colleagues.
- Conduct quality control reviews, maintain audit trails, and guide, review, mentor, and train junior medical writers.
- Manage timelines, communications, and personal responsibilities to meet project delivery and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of HEOR/HTA experience and approximately 5 years of medical writing across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Direct experience writing global value dossiers, benchmark HTA submissions such as NICE or G-BA dossiers, peer-reviewed publications, and HEOR study reports or protocols.
- Familiarity with health economics and HTA processes, ideally JCA, NICE, or G-BA.
- Fluent conversational and business English is required, including clear scientific writing, presentations, reports, and slide decks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, time-management, Microsoft Office, and MS Word skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
