Senior SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. The role prioritizes in-person collaboration and requires willingness to travel, with travel expected at approximately 40–50%.

Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Deploy the global SAP EWM template to regional locations and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Learn local plants, processes, data, interfaces, and organizational structures before rollout workshops.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation, migration, and testing activities.
• Coordinate solutions for cross-functional SAP integration and 3PL warehouse scenarios.
• Work with local key users, rollout teams, core experts, and offshore resources across multiple countries and time zones.
• Support cutover, go-live, defect resolution, and Hypercare activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with SAP EWM, WM, or Stock Room Management.
• Experience with S/4HANA embedded and decentralized SAP EWM warehouse scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including mobile-device integration.
• Experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA rollouts and Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Experience with SAP data migration concepts, standard SAP tools, and integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Strong communication and assertiveness for the Template Defender role; willingness to travel approximately 10–12 weeks during a 6–9-month rollout.

Nice to have

• Experience with MFS, warehouse automation, and 3PL warehouse scenarios.
• German language skills.
