L&H Solutions Content & Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work

Salary: EUR 2,200–3,600 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Shape communications about L&H Solutions priorities, expertise and value for internal and external audiences.
• Turn complex business, insurance, technology, AI and automation topics into clear narratives, presentations and other content.
• Identify stories and thought-leadership opportunities, adapt existing materials and regionalise content for different audiences.
• Create polished, visually compelling materials for senior management, clients and internal communities.
• Publish and organise content across SharePoint, Viva Engage and related collaboration channels, using basic analytics to support engagement.
• Manage multiple content and engagement initiatives from initial idea through final delivery with senior leaders, subject-matter experts and regional teams.

Requirements

• Near-native or fluent written English with excellent writing, rewriting and editing skills.
• Ability to understand insurance, technology, AI and automation topics and communicate complex subject matter clearly.
• Strong editorial judgement and the ability to identify communication and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and sales collateral, including evaluating regional materials and client relevance.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and a strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual storytelling and brand alignment.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viva Engage and related communication or collaboration platforms, plus strong stakeholder, organisation and project-management skills.
