Senior SAP CO Consultant

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; in-person collaboration prioritized. The role includes up to 40–50% travel during 6–12-month rollouts.

Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month, with a higher amount possible depending on experience and skill set.

What you will do

• Deploy a global SAP template to regional locations and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Work with local key users, rollout teams, core experts, and offshore resources across multiple countries.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration for Controlling master data and transaction objects.
• Execute functional testing and help identify, document, and resolve defects during SIT and UAT.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, migration validation, issue resolution, and Hypercare activities.
• Protect the global template while addressing justified local business requirements and integration needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Controlling knowledge.
• Experience with at least two SAP end-to-end implementations across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Strong understanding of Controlling processes and integration with other core SAP modules.
• Experience with standard SAP data migration tools for Controlling master data and transaction objects.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%, including approximately 10–12 weeks during a 6–9-month rollout.
