Senior SAP WM Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. The role involves up to 50% travel during 6–9 month rollouts and prioritizes in-person collaboration.

Salary: EUR 3,000–4,500 gross per month, with a higher salary possible depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Deploy the global SAP warehouse management template to regional sites and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Support data preparation, cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration.
• Execute functional testing and help key users resolve defects during SIT and UAT.
• Coordinate solutions for cross-functional SAP integration and interface issues.
• Support cutover, go-live, migration validation, issue resolution, and Hypercare.
• Coordinate with rollout teams, local key users, core experts, and offshore resources across countries and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management or Stock Room Management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, SAP integration, and IDocs for orders, ASNs, receipts, and dispatches.
• Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP implementations and two SAP S/4HANA rollouts.
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Template or Explore phases and providing solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with data migration concepts and standard SAP toolsets.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and willingness to travel up to 50%; an English CV is required.
