Sculptor (3D Modeling): Creating digital sculpts and final part geometries for toy development and mold manufacturing with an accent on ZBrush/Freeform modeling, production-ready part breakdown, and toy safety requirements. Location: Perai, Penang, Malaysia; onsite
Salary: MYR 4,000–6,000 monthly

Development & Tooling Sdn Bhd provides product development, digital model making, digital mold design, and injection manufacturing services for die-cast molds.
What you will do
- Create 3D digital sculpts for toy development using Freeform, ZBrush, or similar tools.
- Break parts down for production and design inner structural geometry based on manufacturing requirements.
- Perform digital checks against toy safety requirements and collaborate with design and development teams.
- Convert files to IGES and STL for 3D printing and upload CLT files to Windchill.
- Create final part geometry for mold manufacturing, including conversion to Creo geometry for CNC tooling and DIJ nest design.
- Research and assist with implementing new technologies and methods for digital modeling.
Requirements
- Undergraduate education in Fine Art, Industrial Design, Digital Animation, Transportation Design, 3D Modeling, or a similar field.
- Creative skills demonstrated through a 3D portfolio, preferably in car design.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Maya, ZBrush, Blender, or similar tools.
- Understanding of design and sculpting principles, including proportion, line, and surface.
- Ability to collaborate with design, sculpting, engineering, plant, and tooling teams.
- Communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of 3D modeling experience in vehicle development.
- Experience with Creo, Freeform, Windchill, or related production modeling tools.
