Senior SAP PM&QM Consultant (S/4HANA)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. The role prioritizes in-person collaboration and includes travel of up to 40–50% during 6–12-month rollouts.

Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher salary based on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Deploy a global SAP template to regional sites and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Support data preparation, cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration.
• Plan and execute functional testing, including SIT and UAT, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Work with local key users, rollout teams, core experts, and offshore resources across countries and time zones.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP integration solutions and protect the global template while addressing justified local requirements.
• Support cutover, migration validation, go-live, and Hypercare activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Plant Maintenance expertise, including Maintenance Planning, Preventive Planning, Service Management, Predictive Maintenance, and Project Maintenance.
• Strong SAP Quality Management experience covering Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
• Experience with production processes and integration with SAP PP, FICO, WM, and MM.
• At least two full-lifecycle SAP E2E implementations and two SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Experience with standard SAP data migration tools for controlling master data and transaction objects.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, with willingness to travel at least 50% or approximately 10–12 weeks during a 6–9-month rollout.
