Focus on analyzing capital markets trends, coordinating issuers and regulators, supporting credit ratings, and preparing thematic bond frameworks.

TBC Capital is the investment banking arm of Tbilisi-based , providing investment, brokerage, research, and corporate finance solutions in Georgia.
What you will do
- Conduct credit analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation for bond issuance.
- Support private and public bond issuance transactions in local and international markets.
- Draft issuance prospectuses and supporting transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with issuers, the National Bank of Georgia, legal advisers, investors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare client presentations, investor marketing materials, and capital markets overviews.
- Research capital market trends, interest rates, macroeconomic factors, and new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in corporate or investment banking, audit, or an industry finance department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, and capital markets regulations.
- Strong Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in English.
