IMS Lead Auditor (ISO)

What you will do

• Plan, lead, conduct, and report third-party audits in accordance with international ISO standards.
• Develop audit plans, checklists, and accurate compliance reports.
• Assess conformity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance, risk-based auditing, and best practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards while managing multiple audits and deadlines.

Requirements

• Certified Lead Auditor status for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Proven experience conducting third-party audits.
• At least five years of auditing experience across various EA codes.
• Senior-level experience auditing QMS, EMS, and OHSMS against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, report-writing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High integrity and the ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining or similar heavy industrial sectors.
• Additional certification for ISO 27001, energy management, or ISO 14064 verification.
• Experience with additional auditing schemes.
