Junior Garment Technician (Fashion Retail)

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid working with a 60:40 home-working policy

hirify.global is a fashion retailer developing and delivering lingerie and apparel products through supplier and technical quality processes.

What you will do

• Support improvements to product fit, quality levels, and related procedures.
• Monitor supplier compliance with agreed quality standards and the Quality Manual.
• Review fit and pre-production seals, size specifications, product quality, and product information.
• Communicate and follow up on technical changes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help organize fitting days and ensure samples align with current hirify.global block fits.
• Create technical information in the PLM system and support the technical critical path.

Requirements

• Degree in fashion, clothing, and/or quality control at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or HBO level.
• 0–1 year of experience in a related role.
• English proficiency required in both spoken and written communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support technical communication with design, buying, and supplier stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Illustrator.
