Global L&D Specialist

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid work with a 60:40 office and remote policy. The role allows working from abroad for up to 2 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify training, leadership, and development needs.
• Translate business priorities and capability gaps into practical learning solutions from brief through implementation.
• Design, develop, and roll out global training programmes, development initiatives, and learning materials.
• Coordinate training activities, events, logistics, and project delivery across countries.
• Create and maintain engaging training and communication content aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor learning progress, gather feedback, report on impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination, or a related field.
• Understanding of learning needs analysis, training design, and practical learning solution development.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into learning briefs or project plans.
• Strong project coordination, organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, learning content tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and learning activity reporting.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail.
