What you will do
- Design and build scalable software applications using Go.
- Develop secure lending platform components, including credit risk, user profiles, credit limits and offers, lender journeys, and pricing systems.
- Lead architecture planning, coding standards, and the delivery of features across the software development life cycle.
- Automate repetitive tasks with appropriate tools and scripting.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and upgrade existing software, and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Mentor junior software engineers and guide their development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Go for developing and enhancing software applications.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with automation, scripting, code reviews, and secure coding practices.
