IT Support Internship (2026 Intake)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to users on mobile and desktop platforms.
• Support standard software applications, operating systems, laptops, desktops, remote access, and messaging environments.
• Diagnose and triage incidents, resolving a high proportion of calls through knowledge tools, client management tools, and remote-control software.
• Monitor ticket queues for misrouted, unresolved, or complex issues requiring further investigation.
• Support IT infrastructure, endpoint device management, documentation, and modern workplace projects involving AI concepts.
• Assist with activities that keep global service desk and call center operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma program at a college or university.
• Malaysian citizenship is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Foundational knowledge of server and desktop operating systems, PC and server hardware, data communications, and networks.
• Basic knowledge of local and wide area networks, wireless networks, network architecture, distributed operating systems, and data center operations.
• Available for the 2026/2027 intake and a six-month internship.
