Lead Storyteller (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-native core accounting and ERP platform for modern mid-market finance teams.

What you will do

• Own the brand editorial strategy and calendar across long-form content, newsletters, video scripts, and social.
• Write and edit thought leadership, customer stories, founder and executive content, launch narratives, and video formats.
• Define hirify.global's voice, create the style guide, and coach marketing contributors.
• Develop original research, data stories, and frameworks that strengthen SEO and AEO authority.
• Coordinate with SEO and AEO, Social, Influencer Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing.
• Measure engagement, subscriber growth, assisted pipeline, and qualitative feedback to improve the program.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or editorial.
• A portfolio demonstrating range, exceptional writing and editing, and a recognizable voice.
• Experience building an editorial program, newsletter, series, or brand publication from concept through audience development.
• Experience scripting video and collaborating with producers.
• Ability to make complex B2B topics clear and engaging.
• Collaborative experience working across SEO, Product Marketing, Social, and Customer Marketing.

• Experience in hirify.global's category or with its target buyer personas.
• Newsletter growth experience.
• Basic SEO literacy.
