• Lead and mentor a team of 40 data professionals organized in business-oriented squads.
• Define and execute the long-term data and AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies to improve products and internal processes.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Ensure teams meet industry-standard feature and service SLOs.
• Own engineering policies and promote company values within the data department.

• Proven strong managerial and leadership skills with experience in data and AI-driven products.
