What you will do
- Monitor and validate aviation fuel stock balances and movements across approximately 100 sites.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, mass imbalances, sales transmission issues, and reconciliation differences.
- Process sales and inventory transactions, create purchase orders, and support invoice reconciliation and accounts payable activities.
- Prepare monthly reports for Finance, leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Administer and troubleshoot the Electronic Fuel Management System (i6), coordinating issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, Aviation Operations, Tax, Commercial teams, and Network Managers to improve fuel accounting and operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable, inventory analysis, stock control, finance administration, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
