Location: 92 High Street, Windsor, Australia; in-person support may be required for screenings, premiere events, and interviews.

What you will do
- Attend weekly Marketing and Publicity team Works In Progress meetings and provide general administrative support.
- Prepare screening event reports, collect review links and audience reactions, and compile quotes for global opening-day reports.
- Manage publicity databases, media examples, central diary bookings, and contact information for media, influencers, and reviewers.
- Research promotional partners, competitor activity, media outlets, influencers, seasonal events, sporting events, and music events.
- Support merchandise fulfillment, prize distribution, partner pass deliveries, screenings, and premiere events.
- Assist with guest lists, reviewer sign-in, screening invitations, ticketing setup in SPLASH, and premiere event cheat sheets.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Availability to assist with evening screening events.
- Must remain enrolled in studies for the full internship duration.
- Required commitment: part-time, 9 months from March 2027 to December 2027.
