About the Role
You will manage asset transfers on and off the FNZ platform through electronic and paper processes. You will re-register assets, investigate transfer requests, manage pension cash transfers, agree trades and settlements with counterparties, support client calls, monitor fund-manager reports, and report daily management information.

- Relevant degree
- 3–4 years of experience

Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and paper transfer processes
- Ensure transfers meet regulatory and industry standards
- Transfer platform holdings into and out of custody
- Issue stock transfer forms to fund managers
- Manage electronic re-registration and accurate transfer positions
- Re-register platform assets within KPI and SLA timeframes
- Investigate transfer requests
- Manage pension cash transfers
- Agree trade settlements with counterparties and submit broker or Crest requests
- Support corporate clients and plan managers
- Report daily management information
- Identify and manage operational risk
