• Coach and develop recruiters while building trusted relationships with senior leaders.

• Experience leading talent acquisition or recruitment delivery teams.
• Ability to manage large-scale manufacturing and corporate hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience influencing talent strategy and working with senior business leaders.
• Availability to work on-site in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia.
