hirify.global is launching a new RPO solution for a globally recognised media and advertising organisation.

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders across ANZ.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across multiple business areas.
  • Conduct market mapping and identify specialist talent.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Support the design and evolution of sourcing practices from the start of the RPO programme.
  • Help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape.
  • Experience identifying and engaging talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, marketing, and corporate functions.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capabilities.
  • Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders and recruiters.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work in a build-and-scale environment.

Nice to have

  • Recruitment experience in media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.
