TL;DR
SST Reporting Analyst - Graduate (Finance) (Swiss Solvency Test and financial reporting): Supporting SST capital calculations, regulatory reports, balance-sheet reconciliations, and financial performance analysis with an accent on regulatory compliance, reporting quality, and automation. Focus on preparing FINMA and Financial Condition Reports, analyzing reporting drivers, maintaining financial calculation code, and strengthening controls across Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, Finance IT, and Risk Management.

What you will do

  • Prepare and calculate available capital and expected changes under the Swiss Solvency Test for Swiss-domiciled entities and the Group.
  • Support the annual SST report submitted to FINMA and the externally reported Financial Condition Report.
  • Analyze key reporting drivers and prepare insights for Finance stakeholders and business partners.
  • Perform consistency checks, maintain complete controls, and reconcile IFRS and SST balance sheets.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting processes.
  • Support finance projects and maintain financial code used for underlying calculations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Corporate Finance, or a related field, completed or nearing completion.
  • Up to three years of professional experience and strong numerical, analytical, and financial reasoning skills.
  • Integrity, adaptability, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under time pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Programming skills such as Python and eagerness to explore AI-enabled applications and other technologies.
