What you will do
- Gather platform requirements from clients and stakeholders and support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Design enterprise CI/CD pipelines, manage agent pools, provision environments, and create reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server.
- Maintain Linux-based build runners, enforce branching strategies, and optimize build performance across the product lifecycle.
- Implement GitOps delivery and workload promotion with Argo CD on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Integrate automated testing, Fortify SCA, HashiCorp Vault, Sigstore, SecurEnvoy MFA, and artifact management practices.
- Integrate monitoring hooks and production deployment patterns using AppDynamics, BMC, and Azure Monitoring, while conducting technical workshops and preparing documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 6–10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or enterprise build and release automation.
- Hands-on production delivery experience, including scaling live environments and managing production deployments.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD engineering, secure pipeline patterns, agent pool configuration, branching strategies, Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Linux administration, systems scripting, JFrog Artifactory, and third-party library management.
- Excellent communication, coaching, cross-team collaboration, ownership, and accountability; government or regulated enterprise experience is highly preferred.
