Location: Based in Shenyang or Beijing, China, with hybrid/remote flexibility and short-term regional business travel

What you will do
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise WAN, campus, and branch office networks to ensure high availability and reliable connectivity.
- Use AI large language models to improve network operations, analyze system logs, and maintain network architecture documentation.
- Generate and refine network automation scripts using Python and Shell.
- Assist senior architects with network equipment testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply emerging network architectures and AI tools to daily operations.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and junior-to-mid level network engineers are welcome.
- Solid understanding of the OSI seven-layer model and TCP/IP, with practical configuration knowledge equivalent to CCNP or HCIP level.
- Proficient English reading and writing is required for technical documentation and communication.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Availability for short-term regional business travel.
Nice to have
- Fluent spoken English.
- Experience using mainstream AI LLMs such as DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax, ChatGPT, or Claude with prompt engineering.
- Practical experience combining AI LLMs with network or code automation through academic, university lab, or open-source projects.
