Clinical Engagement Lead (Immunology/Inflammation)

Location: Field-based in Argentina, Chile, and other assigned LATAM countries; regular travel within the territory is required, with travel of 50% or more possible. Evening and weekend availability may be required for physician or patient events.

What you will do

• Build and manage investigator, academic medical center, community research site, and specialty practice relationships across the assigned territory.
• Lead clinical-trial site identification, feasibility assessments, investigator qualification, site activation, initiation, and training activities.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison for investigators and site staff throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Support patient identification, enrollment, retention, and site performance through engagement strategies and data-driven monitoring.
• Capture regional clinical landscape intelligence, including investigator perspectives, competitive trials, site capacity, and unmet medical needs.
• Coordinate scientific engagement with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, MSLs, Clinical Operations, Commercial teams, CROs, and research sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline; an MS or MPH in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in clinical development, clinical research, clinical operations, or field-based clinical engagement in pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
• Experience managing investigator relationships and supporting clinical-trial site activation and enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of immunology and inflammation, including disease biology, standard of care, trial design, and the competitive clinical research landscape.
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations relevant to investigator interactions and clinical-site oversight.
• Professional fluency in English is required. A valid driver’s license, compliant driving record, ability to operate a motor vehicle, and willingness to travel 50% or more are required.
