Location: Belarus

Salary: EUR 1–1 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Conduct individual sessions to develop employees’ communication, presentation, public speaking, and soft skills.
• Clarify employees’ needs and challenges, assess verbal and non-verbal communication, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain the corporate soft skills matrix and assess employees’ communication readiness levels.
• Lead group training sessions on self-presentation and soft skills.
• Update candidate preparation materials, including articles, guides, recommendations, and structured methodologies.

Requirements

• Understanding of IT outsourcing and client collaboration.
• Interviewing skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and experience working with diverse personalities.
• Ability to structure information through matrices, checklists, and methodologies.
• Writing skills for articles, guides, and recommendations.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working with international clients.
• Understanding of cultural fit and cross-cultural communication principles.
• Experience in IT recruitment or training IT specialists.
