Go Developer (Fintech)

Location: Kazakhstan

Salary: EUR 2,500 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain microservices, including new services in Go, for a next-generation business banking mobile application.
• Integrate external systems and design, develop, and maintain REST and gRPC APIs.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas, queries, replication, sharding, and transactions.
• Implement containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Perform performance and security testing, maintain documentation, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts while preparing corporate-client migration from the legacy platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Go development experience, including banking or fintech projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Go standard library, concurrency, profiling, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
• Experience building high-load, fault-tolerant services and applying clean architecture, DDD, hexagonal, or layered architecture.
• Knowledge of distributed systems principles, communication protocols, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, GORM, sqlx, database migration tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud platforms.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
