TL;DR
Project Management Trainee (Scrum/Project Management): Preparing for commercial project work through theoretical training and practical Scrum experience on a training project, with an accent on knowledge acquisition, communication, and English presentation skills. Location: Belarus

Salary: EUR 300 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

  • Complete theoretical and practical preparation for work on a commercial project.
  • Practice Scrum on a training project.
  • Build project management, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Track knowledge acquisition and use feedback to improve.

Requirements

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Interest in exploring new areas and processing large volumes of information.
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
  • Availability to work in Belarus

Nice to have

  • German, French, or Arabic language skills.
  • Knowledge of software development tools, object-oriented programming, or testing.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and terminology.
  • Technical or managerial education.
