Lead Qualification Specialist

Location: Belarus

Salary: EUR 700–850 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Validate inbound leads and process inquiries from international corporate clients.
• Provide informational support by phone, chat, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research and process information needed to address customer requests.
• Assist corporate clients with resolving issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
• Forward qualified inquiries to sales managers and record request details in the CRM system.
• Communicate in a lively, friendly, and non-formulaic manner.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and explain complex information simply.
• Interest in continuous learning and the IT field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or another foreign language.
