Head of Enterprise Implementation (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate. This is a hybrid role.

Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch process for enterprise partnerships from signature to go-live.
• Build and lead delivery pods consisting of deployment strategists and solutions engineers.
• Define and enforce technical service level agreements and delivery commitments.
• Manage the requirements document and hold the line on project scope.
• Establish a repeatable launch playbook including kickoff, QA, clinical readiness, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary escalation path for partners to protect engineering resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or technical program management, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience delivering technical integrations into regulated enterprises such as health systems, payers, or financial services.
• Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, SSO, and healthcare data standards like FHIR.
• Proven ability to manage difficult customer conversations and maintain relationships.
• Experience building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with FHIR R4, HL7, or direct Epic/Cerner integrations.
• Background in telehealth or clinical workflow delivery.
• Experience running a pod, squad, or forward-deployed engineering model.
• Experience introducing self-service tooling or partner portals.
